The coaching staff of the Russian national team announced the list of players that are leaving tomorrow for the European Championship in Serbia (December 4-16).  This list includes three togliattians - Maria Basarab, Viktoriya Zhilinskayte and Olga Chernoivanenko.

Another representative of "Lada" - Irina Nikitina, who participated the training session in Naro-Fominsk, will move to Zvenigorod, where she will arrive on Monday at 9-day for the gathering of her club. Seventeen players will fly tomorrow to Belgrade. One position in the national team, which can contain eighteen players for the Euro 2012, remains vacant.

Compared to the recent Turchin Cup in Kiev the changes in the national team are minor. 18-year old pupil of the Togliattian handball school Ekaterina Chernova, now playing for "Dynamo" Volgograd was replaced by Emiliya Turey from "Astrakhanochka" at the position of left wing. One of the three goalkeepers in the team Viktoriya Kalinina from Zvenigorod, due to a knee injury dropped down from the final list.
